Orders & Payments

- Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order.
If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy. Due to the nature of consumable herbal products:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Refunds or replacements are only considered for damaged or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof if there is an issue.
