Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: January 31, 2026At Sage and Honey, every blend is crafted with love, care and intention. We want you to feel good about your purchase and your wellness journey with us. Because our products are consumable herbal goods, there are certain limits to returns and exchanges.
Please read the policy below:
Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a damages package, we'll happily send your a replacement or exchange. Please reach out with your order number and photos of the product so we can process it quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:
- Products were damages in transit.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- Your order never arrived.
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment emthod within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used tea packages.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Sale or clearance items.
