- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message where applicable.
Shipping Locations
Currently, Sage & Honey ships within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities: 2-5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays & External Factors
Sage & Honey is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged or Incorrect orders are handled in accordance with our Refund and Exchange Policy. If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
Once a parcel has handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service.
We will, however, assist with tracking and claims where possible.
