Our Founder's Story

Tebogo Mahlangu, the heart and hands behind Sage & Honey, is a natural-born healer. For as long as she can remember, herbs, plants, and the magic of natural medicine have called to her. Wellness has never been just an interest—it's been a passion, a way of life, a calling written in the stars.

Healing runs in her bloodline. Growing up, her family leaned on natural remedies to restore balance and ease the body. Her grandmother, who was a nurse and a quiet keeper of wisdom, passed down her knowledge through recipes, remedies, and the gentle art of listening to the earth.

Those lessons became seeds—seeds that would later blossom into something greater.

The turning point came during a difficult chapter in her own life. Sleepless nights, stress, and restlessness became constant companions.
